TWO MINIMALISTIC EDITORIALS THAT TAKE THE VIEWER ON A SENSORY EXPERIENCE OF POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE INCIDENTS AROUND THE GLOBE.
A lookbook and a conceptional editorial displaying my self-designed bachelor collection ‚can we still dream?‘. It questions how much dystopia a society needs to take responsible steps for creating a better world and how much escapism one can allow living a happy life.
Regarding the lookbook, a minimal arrangement of imagery creates a non-distracting look while exploring different layout variations. The photographs are the center of attention.
The conceptional editorial can be read from both sides and therefore splits it into two sections: Dystopia and Utopia. Each section takes the viewer on a sensory journey that makes them explore their own feelings towards positive and negative feelings around the globe. Being aware that there are times of escapism and times of dystopia makes the viewer feel understood but also reminded to act as responsible as possible.
